How To Use Home Inspection Voucher

Home Inspection Voucher Terms & Conditions 

  • The Home Inspection Voucher is only valid with a signed Exclusive Sale & Listing Agreement  or a signed Buyer's Exclusive Agency Agreement 

  • Voucher must be presented to Thomas B. Cordell Real Estate Team at time exclusive Agency is created; for either sale or purchase, or both. 

  • Client will be reimbursed the inspection fee amount at the time of closing. 

  • Home Inspection Voucher is valued at $500.00 - voucher has no cash value. 

  • Home Inspection Voucher can be valued up to $500.00 - anything above that dollar amount is the responsibility of the client.
